 "serviceDescription": "Bis in die 1990er Jahre wurde eine analoge Stadtkarte mit topographischen Inhalten im Maßstab 1:500 auf 300 Kartenblättern geführt. Bis 1995 erfolgte die Digitalisierung dieser Kartengrundlagen. Gemeinsam mit dem Darstellungsteil des Liegenschaftskatasters (ALK) wurde die Stadttopographie in einem Geoinformationssystem (DSGK500) vorgehalten. Seit dem 21. April 2015 werden die Bestandsdaten des Liegenschaftskatasters vollständig und ausschließlich mit dem Verfahren ALKIS (Amtliches Liegenschaftskataster Informationssystem) im amtlichen Koordinatenreferenzsystem ETRS89_UTM33 geführt und bereitgestellt. Die ALKIS- Datenhaltung und Softwarebereitstellung erfolgt bundeslandweit zentralisiert durch den Staatsbetrieb Geobasisinformation und Vermessung Sachsen (GeoSN) in Dresden. Die Stadttopographie in Form der neuen DSGKL1000 wird dagegen vom Amt für Geoinformation und Bodenordnung der Stadt Leipzig als kommunaler Geodatenbestand erfasst, fortgeführt und den Nutzern bereitgestellt. Bei einigen Inhalten beider getrennt geführter Geodatenbestände gibt es Überschneidungen.",

 "description": "Die Stadtgrundkarte Leipzig lässt sich als sehr großmaßstäblicher Vektordatenbestand mit regionaler Ausdehnung von 297 km² beschreiben. In der analogen Vorgängerkarte war das alte Stadtgebiet im Maßstab 1:500 auf 300 Kartenblättern auf Zeichenfolie kartiert (Rumler, 1996). Im Zuge der Digitalisierung dieser Karten Mitte der 1990er Jahre, der Erweiterung des Stadtgebietes 1999 und der Integration von DSGK und Liegenschaftskataster erfolgte allerdings eine Änderung in den Referenzmaßstab 1:1.000. Das Kürzel DSGK500 für die bisherige Digitale Stadtgrundkarte ist somit historisch bedingt. Im März 2015 erfolgte eine Disintergration von Liegenschaftskastaster und Stadttopographie hin zu den separaten Systemen ALKIS Sachsen (Subsystme EQK, DHK und APK) und diese Neue Stadtgrundkarte Leipzig\n\nEs ist umstritten, ob die DSGK Leipzig eher ein Geobasisdaten- oder ein Geofachdatenbestand ist. Nach Bill (2010) sind Stadtgrundkarten thematische Kartenwerke und gehören aber anderseits zur Gruppe der Geobasisdaten, weil sie die Landschaft bzw. Topographie abbilden. Aus Sicht der 3A-Modellierung gehören sie nicht zu den von den Bundesländern oder dem BKG verwalteten Geobasisdaten, sondern sind kommunale Geofachdaten (AdV, 2008).\n",

  "Comments": "Bis in die 1990er Jahre wurde eine analoge Stadtkarte mit topographischen Inhalten im Maßstab 1:500 auf 300 Kartenblättern geführt. Bis 1995 erfolgte die Digitalisierung dieser Kartengrundlagen. Gemeinsam mit dem Darstellungsteil des Liegenschaftskatasters (ALK) wurde die Stadttopographie in einem Geoinformationssystem (DSGK500) vorgehalten. Seit dem 21. April 2015 werden die Bestandsdaten des Liegenschaftskatasters vollständig und ausschließlich mit dem Verfahren ALKIS (Amtliches Liegenschaftskataster Informationssystem) im amtlichen Koordinatenreferenzsystem ETRS89_UTM33 geführt und bereitgestellt. Die ALKIS- Datenhaltung und Softwarebereitstellung erfolgt bundeslandweit zentralisiert durch den Staatsbetrieb Geobasisinformation und Vermessung Sachsen (GeoSN) in Dresden. Die Stadttopographie in Form der neuen DSGKL1000 wird dagegen vom Amt für Geoinformation und Bodenordnung der Stadt Leipzig als kommunaler Geodatenbestand erfasst, fortgeführt und den Nutzern bereitgestellt. Bei einigen Inhalten beider getrennt geführter Geodatenbestände gibt es Überschneidungen.",
